All CAEFI Members:
In accordance with the Articles of CAEFI and concerning the practical work, we presented the proposal of adjustment and supplement of directors、standing directors and vice chairpersons of CAEFI to our directors by communications at June 26th . As there were no objections against the proposal up to July 4th, our resolution is effective and the relevant details are as follows:
1. Co-opting Mr. Hu Guocai and Mr. Deng Zhan as the Vice Chairman of CAEFI to in charge of the daily work of CAEFI.
2. Co-opting Mr. Amit Midha (the Vice President of Dell Co,. Ltd and President of Dell(China) Co,. Ltd ) as Vice Chairman of CAEFI.
3. Consenting the demission of Mr. Ma Jie (Executive Vice President of Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd) as the Vice Chairman of CAEFI.
4. Co-opting the following people as directors and standing directors of CAEFI.( The names are arranged without priority ) :
