| Regulations on Building on the Standing Council Meeting of CAEFI |

At CAEFI, the Standing Council has played a critical role in keeping the association run on a smooth track. In order to strengthen the role of the Standing Council Meeting, after soliciting the opinions from members, we make the following regulations.
1. Institutionalize the Standing Council meeting. According to CAEFI’s Articles of Association, a Standing Council meeting takes place once a year. A valid SC meeting needs to be attended by at least two-thirds of the Standing Council membership, and in passing a resolution at the SC meeting the same margin of votes must be secured.
2. To make sure the topic of each SC meeting is fairly understood and contemplated in advance, CAEFI will inform in writing each SC member.
3. After every SC meeting, CAEFI will circulate the meeting Minutes in writing to SC members who were unable to attend the meeting due to engagement at work or otherwise.
4. Some SC members are constantly unavailable for the SC meeting, at CAEFI membership’s request, if a SC member cannot personally or send deputies to attend two consecutive SC meetings due to his/her busy schedule, it is advised that he/she be released of the SC membership and that CAEFI recommend a new candidate for the position.
CAEFI will continue to build on the SC and strengthen the guidance and engagement of SC members to advance the work of the association.
