| The Resolution on Passing the Adjustment of CAEFI Membership Contribution |

CAEFI had submitted a specific proposal on adjustment of CAEFI membership contribution to the 3rd Session of the 4th Council Meeting for examination. Having being passed by the council meeting, we make the following adjustments to membership contributions.
1. Vice-chairman membership: 100,000RMB/Year.
2. Standing Council membership: 15,000RMB/Year.
3. Council membership: 10,000RMB/Year.
4. General membership: 5,000RMB/Year
The new adjustment will take effect as of January, 2007.
