Dr. David Chu Shu-ho
David Chu Shu-ho, Han male of Guangdong origin, was born in September 1950 in Hong Kong. Dr. Chu is an Honorary Member, Advisory Council on Asia of the University of Toronto and a Hong Kong JP. He was a member of the 8th, 9th and 10th CPPCC and Chairman of CPPCC Subcommittee for Strategic Proposal. He currently heads Mission Hills Group and is Chairman of Mission Hills Golf Club.
Dr. Chu is a well-known industrialist in Hong Kong. His investment footprint is all over Asia and North America, covering areas like sport, recreation, industry, hospitality and real estate. He was one of the first industrialists coming to the mainland after China’s opening-up. As early as in 1978, Mr. Chu already invested in industrial projects in the mainland. After the southern tour by former President Deng Xiaoping, he made massive investment in sport and recreational facilities in the mainland, especially the 216-hole Mission Hills Golf Club and Resort created on the deserted hills bordering Shenzhen and Dongguan. His success was an exemplary model of improving investment climate and promoting urbanization by building recreational facilities. Dr. Chu’s personal effort has greatly moved forward the emerging recreation and resort business in China.
Dr. Chu also enjoys strong influence in the Chinese and international sport industry. He was a special advisor to China’s bid for the 2008 Olympics and has contributed to the final success of Beijing. He is also keen on welfare activities in cultural and education sectors. He has made a huge contribution in cementing China’s cultural and educational exchanges with the rest of the world.
Ruey Bin Kao
Ruey Bin Kao has been appointed president of Motorola (China) Electronics Ltd since April 2005.
In this role, Kao will be responsible for achieving financial results while creating and executing marketing, sales and communications plans. He will implement strategic account management, ensure corporate governance and positive employee engagement as well as strengthen relationships with key customers and government constituencies.
In this new capacity, Kao will continue his role as the general manager, Motorola Networks Greater China.
Kao joined Motorola in China in 1993 as a Senior Manager and ever since then he has become a cornerstone of the company’s success in China, especially in the infrastructure business. In June 2000, Kao was promoted to general manager responsible for Motorola’s infrastructure business in Greater China.
In addition to his business leadership role, Kao, as an indispensable member of the company’s management team, has also contributed to the continuing success of Motorola in China. He was acting president for the company from August to December, 2003 when the position was vacated. He was also a member of the search committee for the company president.
Kao has the degree of doctor of business administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2005, a Master degree in computer and information science from the University of Delaware, USA and a Bachelor degree in computer science from Tamkang University inTaiwan.
Jason T. Li
Jason T. Li, is legal representative and president of Pro-Health (China) Co., Ltd., and in charge of management and operation of Pro-Health (China) International Group in China.
Jason T. Li who was born abroad is an American of Chinese ancestry. He graduated from Stanford University, got the MBA degree in 1983, ever held a post in the American McKinsey & Company and also worked for a foreign transnational enterprises in many Asian countries as marketing director、general manager、till vice president for several years.
In 1995, he was appointed president of Pro-Health (China) by Pro-Health International Groups and launched the business in Chinese market in 1996.
From ten years ago, Pro-Health has been devoting to health industry, steady management , successful R&D and production. Now the company has more than 10 categories of healthcare products. the sales channels cover all over the country. At the same time, it provides professional health service for nearly millions of Chinese customers. Sales performance of Pro-Health (China) has been grown steadily at an average rate of 40% per year since 1999. In 2003, Pro-Health (China) became the largest health industry in Beijing, the capital of China. It pays tax over RMB100 million per year and is ranked as “the China’s 20 Best trade taxpayers” by National Bureau of Statistics.

Mr. Shizuo Takashino joined SONY in April 1962. He was General Manager of SONY Audio Personal Acoustics Unit 1 in November 1985. In April 1990, he was Senior Manager of SONY Personal Acoustics Unit 1. Four years later, he became Senior VP of SONY A&V CAV and Senior General Manager of the company’s personal A&V division. In June 1995, Mr. Takashino became a SONY director. In April 1996, he was president of SONY Personal A&V. In June 1997, he became Senior VP of SONY Corporation.
