Founded in Beijing on July 5, 2002, ECFIC of CAEFI is a self-regulatory and services-oriented institution composed of foreign invested holding companies in China. The mission of ECFIC:
ECFIC is a platform to better communicate and to strengthen cooperation with the government departments. And is to provide inputs to the government on improving the investment environment and the related policies and regulations.
ECFIC is to provide a channel to solve the common problems faced by the foreign investment companies, to assist to strengthen and promote the understanding by foreign investment companies of
the government policies and regulations in day-to-day operations, and to collect the suggestions from the foreign investment companies on the relative policies and regulations and to timely feedback the suggestions to the relative government agencies.
ECFIC will, based on the characteristics of each company, coordinate issues among the member companies and enhance better communications among member companies, actively help the member companies to resolve the issues in their business operations, and identify the common issues and the research subjects of the foreign holding companies and focus on offering solutions to these issues.
ECFIC will leverage on competence of legal expertise, strong project management experience and talent pool from member holding companies, to help attracting more foreign investment into China and to improve the quality of foreign investment in China. |
