As a self-supervising organization, LBC joined the CAEFI on April 16th 1993 as an industrial branch.
Mission:
The excusive mission of LBC is to increase penetration of leasing business in the national economy of China, and to catch up with the advanced level in the world. so that LBC will focus on raising public perception of leasing business; assisting government departments to promulgate and perfect laws and regulations regarding leasing business.
Vision:
A bridge between leasing industry and government organs;
A channel for members of LBC to contact each other;
Business education inside and/or outside of LBC.
Primary Function:
Providing consultants for members of LBC and foreign investors, including but not limitation of:
Overview of leasing business in China;
Choice of access for fund-raising abroad;
Investment climate, laws and regulations;
Getting into and out of leasing market;
Marketing strategy;
Advising on human resources.
