At 10am on April 10th, 2005, the News Office of the State Council held a press conference on issuing the white paper . It covers 13,000 words and it is the second whit paper on IPR protection issued by China since 1994. It thoroughly introduces painstaking efforts and great progress that the Chinese government has made on IPR protection. It set examples with huge amount of data and facts and stated the new progress of China’s IPR protection from 9 aspects.
