Membership Service:
1.In charge of daily communication work with membership enterprises;
2.To collect and sort out database of members as well as membership fees, to collect and reward member enterprises;
3.To organize various forms of friendship-building activities, strengthen ties and mutual understandings between members and relevant government departments, enhance the friendship and cooperation between members themselves as well as make preparation work for the meeting of Council, Standing Council and the CAEFI General Meeting.
Commodities Coordinating Service:
1.Being one of members of Coordinating Office for Export Commodities Quota Bidding, the department is responsible for the coordinated management of the export commodities by foreign-funded enterprises, organize and coordinate between members to join the quota bidding process for export commodities and to respond to anti-dumping complaints, mediate between members concerning their business disputes;
2.Organize training programmes about bidding for members and providing members with commodities information, customs data and relevant law and regulation implementation in an effort to advance the quality and business level of the management of member enterprises.
Exhibition Service:
1. To organize enterprises to attend all kinds of exhibitions, expositions and fairs for investment and trade abroad. To sponsor non-commercial exhibitions organizing by government departments.
2. To make contact with foreign exhibition organizations & enterprises and invite them to hold various fairs cooperatively in China.
3. In charge of organizing and coordinating work for the delegation of knitting commodity products to attend Chinese Export Commodities Fair in Guangzhou.
Consultant Service:
1.To provide information and consulting services in order to facilitate foreign investment in China;
2.Under the authorization and entrustment from government institutions, organizations and enterprises, to organize and undertake seminars, symposia, training courses, and business investigations both at home and abroad.

3. Assisting members in accessing first-hand business news, trends and export-import statistics and other information
4. Offering product tendering and domestic and overseas exhibition services
5. Providing members with latest information relating to policies, laws, regulations and investment climate and related interpretation
6. Answering members' enquiries on policy and legal issues in their conduct of business and planning online surveys
The Information Department is responsible for maintaining and updating the CAEFI website contents, gathering, screening, and editing the information to be posted on the website, participating in or organizing relevant research and inspection missions, maintaining working relations with domestic and foreign counterparts and organizations for information sharing and cooperation.

An Introduction to the CAEFI publications:
I. The monthly "China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI) Newsletter", as the journal of the Association, is registered with the state press and publication authority and distributed amongst all CAEFI members.
Based on CAEFI's tenet of serving members, the journal acts as a bridge between the government and enterprises. Currently, it comprises over ten columns, including "CAEFI Activities at Central Level", "Activities of Local Associations of Enterprises with Foreign Investment", "Enterprises' Forum", "Managers' Views", "Business Information" and "Policy, Laws and Regulations".
In order to offer an attentive ear to the voices of member enterprises, a system has been established to have some member enterprises serve also as correspondents for the Newsletter. This system has been appreciated by the member enterprises, for it not only multiplies the sources of articles, but also brings more vitality to the journal.
In order to follow the trend of market economic development and keep up its good work, CAEFI will continue to improve the quality of the journal's articles, and make further improvement in terms of the coverage, depth, timeliness, formalities, etc. of the articles, so that the journal could be more policy-oriented, instructive and readable.
II. CAEFI is a co-sponsor of the "Foreign Investment in China", a monthly periodical published by China Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Publishing House. The periodical, focusing on foreign direct investment, offers extensive and in-depth insight into and discussions on the development of foreign capital in China. Since first published, it has won wide acclaim from foreign invested enterprises in China, who believe it to be highly useful in terms of theoretical study and case analysis.
